JUDGMENT

1. The Mediation Centre has forwarded a report stating inter alia that the mediation has ended as `non-settled’.

2. On 22.4.2014, counsel for the plaintiff had stated that he shall deposit a sum of Rs.40 lacs in this court. The said amount has not been deposited till date.

3. Counsel for the plaintiff states on instructions from his client, that he may be permitted to withdraw the present suit.
