1. Learned counsel for the Decree Holder states that the judgment and decree dated 2.9.2008, passed in Suit No. 488/2008 stands satisfied in view of the fact that the objector/Mr.Ishwar Singh Kalonia has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.2,30,000/- in installments and post dated cheques have been handed over to the Decree Holder. Learned counsel states that this statement is subject to the encashment of the said cheques.

2. Learned counsel for the objector states that a sum of Rs.2,30,000/has been paid by his client to the Decree Holder to satisfy the judgment and decree dated 2.9.2008, for the reason that the Judgment Debtors 2015:DHC:8114 Ex.Pet.224/2009 have sold the suit premises to the objector and to put an end the present litigation, the said amount has been tendered on behalf of the Judgment Debtors to the other side.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is disposed of along with the pending applications. The date of 2.12.2015 stands cancelled.
