ORDER

1. This petition by way of public interest litigation has been filed with the following prayers: "a. Issue appropriate writ order or directions in the nature of mandamus, directing CBI Enquiry in the procurement of medical equipments sought to be purchased by advertisement bearing No.F.XVI- Ol/SO(DO)/2014-15 (Part-VII) issued by respondent No.2 on 20.11.2014 in Times of India English Daily Newspaper and other procurements made in the last 5 years. b. Issue appropriate writ order or directions in the nature of mandamus, quashing the advertisement bearing No.F.XVI-01/SO(DO)/2014-15 (Part-VII) issued by respondent No.2 in Times of India English Daily Newspaper. 2015:DHC:11413-DB c. Issue appropriate writ order or directions in the nature ofmandamus, directing respondent No.2 to restrict the entry ofmedical representatives ofPharmaceuticals Companies in the areas ofOPD and in wards patients.

2. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and having perused the material available on record, we do not find any material even to form a prima facie satisfaction about the allegations of misuse of public money by the second respondent hospital.

3. Hence, we decline to entertain the writ petition and the same is accordingly dismissed.
