ORDER
1. By way ofthese petitions filed under Article 227 ofthe Constitution ofIndia read with Section 151 CPC, petitioner is praying for setting aside CM(M)Nos. 939/2015 &941/2015 Page ' 0^2 2015:DHC:10832 the orders dated ll"' September, 2015 passed by learned Civil Judge, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in Suit Nos. 112/2015 & 113/2015.
2. Today learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw these petitions with liberty to approach the learned Trial Court with aprayer for appointment ofreceiver citing earlier decisions by this Court on the subject.
