By way of these petitions filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner is challenging the orders dated 24t[1] January, 2015 passed by the learned ADJ, Patiala House Courts, Delhi in T.M.Nos.286-287/2013 whereby the applications filed by the petitioner/plaintiff for re-sealing of the machines of the respondent/defendant were disallowed.
