12.10.2015 Petitioner has challenged the correctness ofthe order dated 25.09.2013 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT). Notice was issued in the matter on
28.05.2015.
On the last date of hearing, Mr. Bhardwaj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that the respondent had been given the replacement scale of
Rs.5,500-9,000/- in terms of the recommendations made by the 5th Central Pay
Commission, merging the pay scales of two posts of Wireless Supervisor and
Communication Assistant, butthe Tribunal hasallowed the O.A. filed by therespondent herein, granting him the replacement pay scale which was admissible to the post of
Senior Supervisory Post only, towhich the respondent isnot entitled to.
Mr. Handa, respondent appears in person and submits that he does not wish to oppose the present petition. He further submits that the order passed by the Central
Administrative Tribunal may be quashed and set aside. Mr. Handa has produced his
Pensioner Identity Card which is seen and returned. Photocopy ofthe same isplaced on record.
In view of the above, presentpetitionis allowed.
