12.10.2015 The present petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read withSection 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seekquashing of FIR
No.57/2013 under Sections 467/120B/468/406/471/420IPC, registered at Police
Station- EOW, and the proceedings emanating therefrom.
The facts in brief are that one Mr Vinod Kumar Dang invested in India through his company Rank Enterprises Ltd. The investments were made on behalf of Rank Enterprises Ltd. by the father and brother of the said Mr Vinod
Kumar Dang. The investments were made in Divine Infracon Pvt. Ltd.
(Petitioner No.l in WP(Crl.) 2294/2015). The shares invested in on behalfofthe
Rank Enterprises Ltd. were sold to Index Securities and Research Pvt. Ltd.
(petitioner No.3 in WP(Crl.) 2296/2015).
The subject FIR was registered at the instance of the said Mr Vinod
Kumar Dang, the director of Rank Enterprises Ltd. on the allegation that the petitioners in these petitions had eheated him.
With the aid and assistance of Mr Grover, Advocate of this court, parties have arrived atanamicable resolution ofalltheir outstanding disputes.
In this behalfit is pointed out that the subject FIR has already been set aside and quashed qua thefather and brother ofthesaid MrVinod Kumar Dang by this court by way of order dated 20.07.2015.
Since the parties have arrived at an amicable resolution of their disputes, Mr Vinod Kumar Dang, who is present in person and duly authorised on behalf of the Rank Enterprises Ltd. by way of resolutiondated 25.08.2012 of the board of directors of the said company (as stated by the10 in the subject FIR), states that in view of the foregoing he is no longer keen to proceed with the subject

Swati Pawa W.P.(CRL) No.2300/2015 Since the dispute has already been amicably resolved without any undue influence, pressure or coercion, no useful purpose will be served by proceeding with the subject FIR and the proceedings arising therefrom. Resultantly, FIR No.57/2013 under Sections 467/120B/468/406/471/420 IPG, registered atPolice Station- EOW, and the proceedings emanating therefrom are set aside and quashed qua the petitioners subject to each of them depositing a sum of Rs.15,000/- with the Delhi High Court Staff Welfare Fund, within a period of two weeks from today. The receipt of the deposit be fiimished to the 10 in the subject FIR. With theabove directions thewrit petitions are disposed of.
