1. By way of these petitions filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 151 CPC, petitioner is praying for setting aside the order dated 2l" April, 2015 passed by the learned JSCC/ASCJ/GJ, North-East, Karkardooma Court, Delhi in Suit Nos.357/2013 & 342/2011 whereby the applications filed by the petitioner/plaintiff under Section 10 read with Section 151 CPC and Order VI Rule 17 read with Section 151 CPC were dismissed respectively.
