JUDGMENT
1. On 26.8.2015, counsel for the plaintiffs had stated that an amendment application had been filed on 17.8.2015. But the same was not on record and she was requested to contact the Registry and have the said application traced and placed on record. The position remains the same till date. No such application has been filed. Nor is the counsel for the plaintiffs present.
2. It appears that the plaintiffs are not interested in prosecuting the present suit which is accordingly dismissed in default and for non-prosecution. HIMA KOHLI, J OCTOBER 06, 2015 mk
