In the circumstances. Justice Kailash Gambhir, a former Judge of this court (Mobile no.9871300033), is appointed as the Arbitrator.
The arbitration shall be conducted under the Rules of and before the
2015:DHC:10747 Delhi International Arbitration Centre. A copy ofthis order be sent to the said Centre.
The petitions are disposed offin the above terms.
