ORDER
(1) The instant revision petitions have been preferred by the CRL.REV.P. 158/2015 & connected matter Page 1 of[2] 2015:DHC:11252 iT CD petitioner to challenge the legality and correctness of judgments dated 01.11.2014 of learned Additional Sessions Judge in crl.Appeal.No.26/14 and Crl.Appeal.No.27/14 by,which conviction tinder Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act recorded by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate vide order dated 24.06.2014 was affirmed. Sentence order was modified and the respondent No.1 was directed to pay compensation of 70,000/- 1. and 1,50,000/respectively. He was further sentenced to undergo SI till Rising of the Court(TRC). The petition is contested by the respondent. During the course of arguments, the parties agreed to settle the petitions. It was agreed that 60,000/- more shall be paid by respondent No.1 to the petitioner within one mont[1] in full and final satisfaction of his claim. It is informed that the petitioner has already received Z 2,44,000/- from respondent No.1. I Since the matter has been settled between the parties, the revision petitions stand disposed of as settled with the direction that respondent No.1 shall pay 60,000/- to the petitioner within one month. In case of non-compliance, the petitioner will be at liberty to approach this Court. Trial Court record (if any) be sent back immediately with the cOpy of the order. SPGARG, J.
