09.10.2015 This is a joint petition filed by the petitioner and respondent no.2 seeking quashing of FIR No.486/2015 registered under Sections
354/323/506 of the IPG at police station Sangam Vihar on the complaint of respondent no.2. Complainant/respondent no.2 is present in person in Court. Presence of the complainant has been identified by the Investigating officer.
ORDER
0 Contents ofthe FIR have been perused. It is stated that the parties have settled their disputes out of the Court. Parties are closely related. Complainant is the daughter-inlaw of the petitioner. Complainant/respondent no.2 is present in person. She endorses the fact that she has no grievance left against the petitioner and now she is living happily with her husband Rashid Ali. Parties accordingly pray that the present FIR be quashed. Learned APP for the State submits that ifat all the present FIR is permitted to be quashed itshould be quashed subject to costs as the 2015:DHC:11133 y State machinery has been put in to motion and the State has incurred expenses and charge-sheet had been filed. Accordingly, FIR No.486/2015 registered under Sections 354/323/506 of the IPC at police station Sangam Vihar as also all the proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed subject to payment of Rs.10,000/- to be deposited by the petitioner ^ith the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee. Petition disposed of.

JUSTICE INDERMEET KAUR ORDER % 09.12.2015 Crl. M.A. No.18033/2015 It has been confirmed by the learned counsel for the State that Section 354B of the IPG was added in the charge sheet. Accordingly, the order dated 09.10.2015 is modified and FIR No.486/2015 which was initially registered under Sections 354/323/506 of the IPG but thereafter Section 354B of the IPG had also been added is accordingly permitted to be quashed in terms ofthe earlier directions. Application disposed of. Order dasti under signatures of the GodrtMaster.
