The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw these writ petitions. He requests that the reference court may be directed to decide the
Section 18 reference pending before it at an early date. The writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
We hope that the reference court shall dispose of Section 18 reference as expeditiously as possible, in as much as, the acquisition is of the year 2006 and possession whereof was taken over in 2006 itself.
