JUDGMENT
1. Mr. Bansal, who appears for the University of Delhi, says that they have received confidential result of petitioner no.2, 4 and 5. Mr. Bansal further informs me that the confidential result discloses, that these petitioners, have passed, and therefore, they could be admitted to LL.B Course.
2. In so far as petitioner no.1 and 3 are concerned, Mr. Bansal says that provisional admission can be granted subject to their obtaining a graduation degree/ provisional marksheet from the SOL. It is ordered accordingly.
3. It is, however, made clear that if, petitioner no.1 and 3 do not pass their graduation, they will claim no equity in the matter and that their admission to the LL.B course will stand cancelled forthwith. 2015:DHC:8691 WP(C) 8859/2015
4. In order to avoid any further complications, respondent no.2 is directed to declare the result of petitioner no.1 and 3 as expeditiously as possible though no later than one week from today.
5. It is made clear that the petitioners will adhere to all formalities which are necessary for seeking admittance to the LL.B. Course.
6. With the aforesaid observations in place, the captioned petition and the pending application are disposed of.
