JUDGMENT
1. Counsel For the Decree Holder submits that in SLP(Civil)7037/2014, the Supreme Court has granted time to the Judgment Debtor upto January, 2018 to vacate the suit premises, subject matter of the judgment and decree dated 09.10.2013 passed in CS(OS) 1360/2012. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
