JUDGMENT
1. The present application has been filed by the plaintiffs stating inter alia that during the pendency of the present suit, the parties have arrived at an out of court settlement, due to which the plaintiffs do not wish to pursue the present suit.
2. Issue notice.
3. Counsel for the non-applicant/defendant accepts notice and confirms the fact that his client has arrived at a settlement with the plaintiff.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission, the present application is allowed. The suit is dismissed as withdrawn alongwith the pending application. 2015:DHC:8817 CS(OS) 2200/2012
5. The date fixed before the Joint Registrar, i.e., 20.10.2015 is cancelled.
