JUDGMENT
1. Pursuant to the order dated 17.9.2015, on which date court notice of default was issued to both sides, counsel for the plaintiff enters appearance and states that the defendant has gone into liquidation and steps shall have to be taken by the plaintiff to approach the Company Judge for seeking permission to pursue its remedies against the defendant/company. She therefore seeks leave to withdraw the suit.
