Learned counsel for the appellant states that after the filing ol the present appeals, the
ORDER
of this Court in the case of Jai Singh Vs. Union of
India in LA.APP 266/2008 dt. 23.08.2011 has been affirmed by the
Supreme Court, as the SLP preferred by the Union of India has since been dismissed. He, therefore, submits that the appellant does not wish to press these appeals and for this reason, the deficient court fee has not been made up.
In the aforesaid circumstances, the appeals are dismissed for non- prosedution.
