JUDGMENT
1. On 28.04.2014, the Judgment Debtor had appeared in person and she had handed over the keys of a portion of the property, subject matter of CS(OS) 973/2007 to the Decree Holder in terms of the consent decree dated 06.03.2014, modified on 24.03.2014.
2. Mr. Mukul Talwar, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Decree Holder states that for the present, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition as the parties are working out an out of court interim arrangement.
