ORDER

1. File of CS(OS) No. 1786/2011 has been called as per the •request of counsel for the parties after listing of the suit inasmuch as compromise application filed in CS(OS) 508/2011 will resolve the disputes in both the suits.

2. The suit property is90 sq. yds forming part ofKhasra No. CS(OS) 508/2011 & conn. page 1 of[2] 2015:DHC:11867 263/228/173, situated in Abadi of Wazirabad Extension, Delhi.

3. As per the compromise it is the defendant no.1 in the present suit who has to get ownership of this suit property and the plaintiff in the present suit has to execute the title documents in favour ofthe defendant no.l Smt. Reldia. The connected suit being CS(OS) 1786/2011 has been filed by Smt. Rekha who is the defendant no.l in the present suit being CS(OS) 508/2011.

4. In view of the above, both the suits are disposed of as fT' compromised between Smt. Meera Sharma and Smt. Rekha and these two parties will be bound by the terms of the compromise/settlement dated 28.10.2015 which has been entered into between them before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. So far as other parties to the suits are concerned, the suits.are notpressed against those other parties.
