1. Present writ petition has been Bled by petitioners, who are stated to be minors, seeking a direction to respondents no.l to 4to produce their mother, Smt.Alka Grover, who has been missing since 24.7.2015.
2. Learned counsel for the State and counsel for Smt.Alka Grover appear on an advance copy. Smt.Alka Grover is also present in Court. Sh.Pramod Grover, father ofpetitioners, is also present in Court. Learned counsel lor State has also handed over in Court astatus report.
3. We had taken up the matter in the Chamber and heard counseJ for the Y W.P.(C) No.2640/2015 Page I of[3] 2015:DHC:11107-DB 9^ parties, Sh.Pramod Grover and Smt.Alka Grover in the Chamber. Smt.Alka Grover has made a statement that she had left the house of her husband, Sh.Pramod Grover, voluntarily on account of the harassment melted out to her by her husband. We had thereafter passed over the matter and requested the parties to interact with each other, more particularly keeping in mind that the parties have a ten year old daughter and a fourteen year old son, who is stated to be a slow learner and is also having fear phobia.
4. At the second call, learned counsel for the parties submit that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement and it is agreed that the present writ petition may be disposed ofon the following agreed terms:
(i) Sh.Pramod Grover will provide one room accommodation to
(ii) Sh.Pramod Grover will also bear the day-to-day expenses for the maintenance and upkeep ofhis wife, Smt.Alka Grover, and both the children including the school fees of the children. The amount of maintenance and upkeep of Smt.Alka Grover and the children shall be worked out by Sh.Pramod Grover and Smt.Alka Grover amicably;
(iii) Sh.Pramod Grover will have flexible meeting rights with the children.
(iv) Sh.Piamod Grover and Smt.Alka Grover will make every endeavour to resolve all their disputes and differences and maintain cordial relationship with each other and if their differences are resolved, they will attempt to stay together. W.P.(C) No.2640/2015 Page 2 of[3]
5. Accordingly, present writ petition stands disposed of in above terms. Parties shall be bound by the above teims of settlement. Parties shall append their signatures on the order sheet in token of acceptance ofthe above terms. The Court appreciates the efforts put in by the parties and also their respective counsel in resolving the matter amicably.
