JUDGMENT

1. Having regard to the fact that the plaintiff has valued the suit for the purposes of pecuniary jurisdiction at `27 lacs, which is below ` 2 crore, the Registry is directed to return the plaint to the counsel for the plaintiff for the same to be presented before the competent court vested with the pecuniary jurisdiction to entertain the same.
