JUDGMENT
1. Counsel for the plaintiff states that he does not wish to press the present suit any further in view of the fact that the defendants No.1 to 3 have made payments to the tune of Rs.22,06,394/- to the plaintiff.
2. Counsel for the defendants No.1 to 3 hands over a copy of the letter dated 03.11.2015, addressed by the plaintiff to the defendants confirming receipt of the payment on 27.10.2015. The documents are taken on record.
