JUDGMENT
1. Counsel for the petitioner states that during the pendency of the present petition, the parties have submitted themselves to mediation and pursuant thereto, a Settlement Agreement dated 27.07.2015 has been recorded, whereunder the parties have resolved all their inter se disputes. As a result, the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition.
