JUDGMENT

1. The plaintiff has filed the present suit for permanent and mandatory injunction and recovery of Rs.3,75,000/- against his wife(the defendant herein).

2. Vide order dated 18.7.2014 passed by the Supreme Court in Transfer Petition Nos.655-656/2014 filed by the defendant, further proceedings in the present suit were stayed. Subsequently, vide order dated 18.8.2015, the Supreme Court has allowed the Transfer Petitions and directed that the present suit be transferred from this court, to the District Court at Chandigarh.

3. The Registry is directed to make compliances by taking necessary steps to remit the records of this suit to the District Court at Chandigarh at the earliest.

4. The suit is disposed of, along with the pending applications. HIMA KOHLI, J NOVEMBER 03, 2015
