The counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners in these petitions are similarly situated as the petitioners in W.P.(C) Nos.8123/2015, 8126/2015, 8128/2015, 8129/2015, 8130/2015, 8131/2015, 8133/2015, 8134/2015, 8135/2015 & 8140/2015 disposed of vide order dated 15"^ September, 2015 by permitting the petitioners therein to make their applications to the Agricultural Produce Marketing Committee (APMC) for allotment ofthe space / shop in Ghazipur Sabzi Mandi and with a direction that as and when Ghazipur Sabzi Mandi is expanded and new spaces /shops for allotment are available iherein and criteria for allotment thereofhas been laid down / prescribed, the applications ofthe said petitioners be considered on their merit.
