JUDGMENT
1. Notice was issued on this application on 09.03.2015, returnable on 26.05.2015. On 26.05.2015, the Joint Registrar was on leave and the case was adjourned to 15.09.2015. On 15.09.2015, neither the plaintiff’s counsel nor the defendant’s counsel were present and nor did the defendant file a reply to the application. Even today, neither the counsel for the plaintiff nor the counsel for the defendant are present.
