2. The original Settlement Agreement dated 27.4.2015 arrived at between the parties through court annexed mediation is enclosed with the captioned file and has been perused.
3. Counsel for the plaintiffs states that in terms of the settlement arrived at with the defendants and recorded in the Settlement Agreement, he may be permitted to withdraw the present suit.
