JUDGMENT

1. Mr.Jain, learned counsel for the Decree Holder states that during the pendency of the present petition, the Judgment Debtors have handed over vacant peaceful possession of the suit premises to his client on 7.10.2015 and therefore, he does not wish to press the present petition any further.

2. Counsel for the Judgment Debtors confirms having handed over the vacant peaceful possession of the suit premises to the Decree Holder on the aforesaid date.
