05.11.2015 Today in Court,learned counsel for the respondent-NDMC has handed over a status report. The same is taken on record.
2015:DHC:10898 In the status report, it is stated that the unauthorized construction in property No. 20/25, West Patel Nagar has been demolished.
However, learned counsel for the petitioners states that by virtue ofthe order dated lO"^ December,2012 passed under Section
345-A of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, the respondent-
NDMC has protected certain areas which are liable to be demolished.
Consequently, the present contempt petitions and pending applications are disposed ofwith liberty to the petitioners to challenge the order dated lO''^ December,2012 passed under Section 345-A of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act. u
