JUDGMENT

1. Mr. Bansal has reverted with instructions. He says that since the prayer made is only for rectification of the date of birth, the needful will be done, as prayed for, by the petitioner.

2. The writ petition is disposed of, based on the statement of the learned counsel for respondent no.1/CBSE.

3. Needless to say, the needful will be done, as expeditiously as possible, though not later than four weeks from today.
