JUDGMENT

1. Counsel for the plaintiff states that he has obtained instructions from his client which are to the effect that one of the legal heirs of the deceased plaintiff, namely, Ms. Santosh Kumari Jain had expired in the year 2006 and all her legal heirs are already on record.
