JUDGMENT
1. Counsel for the plaintiff states that he has obtained instructions from his client which are to the effect that one of the legal heirs of the deceased plaintiff, namely, Ms. Santosh Kumari Jain had expired in the year 2006 and all her legal heirs are already on record.
2. Learned counsel for the plaintiff further states that in view of the orders passed by the Supreme Court, the plaintiff does not wish to pursue the present suit any further. The same is accordingly disposed of, along with the pending application. HIMA KOHLI, J NOVEMBER 24, 2015 sk/ap
